The problem
Claude Code starts every session cold. What was decided last week, why, and what broke last time sits in old transcripts nobody rereads. oootak records it in the repo as the work happens and feeds it back into each prompt.
What I built
- 01Claude Code plugin with hooks, MCP tools and /oootak commands
- 02Related tickets, decisions and past conversations added to each prompt, matched by words and by meaning with a local search model
- 03Ticket board that shows which ticket each live session is working on
- 04Session summaries written in the background at session end and compaction
- 05Architecture map and per-feature flows built from the code
- 06Search across past Claude Code transcripts
